Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $55,300 - $74,600 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. • Partner with clients, guests, and catering team members to deliver exceptional events that exceed expectations 
• Oversee all aspects of catering event execution, ensuring quality, service, and adherence to budgetary guidelines 
• Coordinate staffing and logistics with operations managers, and maintain accurate event documentation for service effectiveness 
• Design customized catering menus in collaboration with clients and culinary leadership while driving repeat and new business opportunities 
• Recruit, coach, and manage team members, including hiring, payroll accuracy, and performance reviews to build a high-performing events team 

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of catering management experience in an arena or other large venue required
• Experience in food preparation, inventory and cost control, scheduling, and purchasing
• Proficient understanding of Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Previous catering software experience preferred
• Must be available to work all event days, which may include evenings, weekends, and holidays
