Software Developer (6 positions)

At Banking Soft Solutions (BSS) LLC, our mission is to launch new Cryptocurrency exchange called ‘Marai-X’. It’s a massive, ambitious opportunity that demands the best of us, every day, as we build the emerging onchain platform — and with it, the future global financial system.

Our team is dedicated eliminating customer pain points, resolving the current challenges of existing Cryptocurrency exchanges such as weaker protection against hackers, making users to keep assets on the exchanges and high transaction feeds.

As a Software Developer, you will serve as a developer,  and software engineer for specific modules in cryptocurrency exchange. Aligned with our mission to deliver outstanding support, you will work closely with data architects, QA testers to ensure compliance with audit requirements, generate actionable insights, and share key findings with stakeholders. You’ll have the opportunity to work on high-impact project in trillion dollar Cryptocurrency market. We are looking to fulfill 6 positions for this same role.

• Core Engineering: Design and develop the core order-matching engine, ensuring high throughput, low latency, and fault tolerance.
• Blockchain Integration: Connect the exchange to major blockchain networks (Ethereum, Bitcoin, Solana, etc.) and integrate secure hot/cold wallet management systems.
• API Development: Build robust, scalable, and secure RESTful and WebSocket APIs for our web frontend, mobile apps, and institutional API traders.
• Security First: Implement institutional-grade security protocols, including encryption, secure key management (KMS/HSM), and protection against common web and blockchain vulnerabilities.
• Database Management: Architect and maintain distributed database systems to handle massive volumes of transactional data in real-time.
• Design, develop, debug and support centralized Crypto Currency Exchange (Marai-X) with a web interface for users, a dashboard for exchange administrators, a mobile app in IOS and Android, a trading engine in order to support BSS
• Design and implement data structures, threading models, business logic, and system architectures in support of centralized Crypto Currency Exchange (Marai-X)
• Optimize performance, robustness and scalability of new and existing services
• Develop software tools including automated regression tests and performance reports and systems to support development and testing of centralized Crypto Currency Exchange (Marai-X)
• Design and Build features of onboarding, crypto wallet, charts, order book, transaction history, portfolio analytics
• Design and Build Crypto skating, cold wallets integration, credit card integration, P2P Crypto trading, KYT (Know Your Transaction) best practices, tradable exchange token, API
• Assume ownership of components within our blockchain data platform such as data ingestion and decoding
• Write code with a strong emphasis on good design and performance
• Strong analytical skills including the ability to define problems, collect data,establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
• Deep understanding of blockchain technology and crypto economic protocol
• Collaborate frequently with other developers to design and implement the required solutions.
• Partner with data architects to deliver high quality solutions on time.
• Participate in formal and informal code reviews to ensure code quality.
• Actively contribute to our automated test suite to enable speedy and reliable continuous integration.
• Leverage the latest observability tools to monitor our cyber security products and services are highly available and reliable.
• Be a champion of high-performance, secure, and reliable software services.
• Work with product and design teams to develop new ideas and explore new opportunities to foster innovation.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with all non-technical stakeholders
• Enhance Cyber security products AWS cloud capabilities.
• Drive the scalability and reliability of BSS Cyber security products cloud infrastructure with autonomy and accountability.
• Drive cloud excellence by providing strategic guidance, thought leadership, and hands-on mentorship to empower application teams and elevate their cloud capabilities.
• Develop automation tools, troubleshoot incidents, and enhance infrastructure quality, reliability, and stability.
• Building AI agents for automation into the team.

Qualifications

• Education: 4 year Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Information Systems, Computer Engineering , Applied Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, Computer Science or related field and 3 years of work experience in relevant field
• Relevant Experience: 

o   Database management systems – 3+ years

o   Coding, testing and designing software – 3+ years

o   Software development methodologies – 3+ years

• Technical skills:

o   Demonstrated knowledge of one major programming language/tool

o   Demonstrated knowledge of coding language and syntax, usage of functions and object-oriented patterns

o   Demonstrated knowledge of environments, docker images, container runtimes, and cloud native app development

o   Demonstrated knowledge of dependent systems, e.g., up/downstream APIs, clients, data stores

o   Demonstrated knowledge of design patterns and software architecture patterns

• Skills:

o   Proficient in one major programming language/tool, design patterns and software architecture patterns, service-oriented architecture

o   Understanding of blockchain architecture, microservices architecture, system design, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

o   Experienced in coding language and syntax, usage of functions and object-oriented patterns Proficient in environments, docker images, container runtimes, and cloud native app development

o   Experienced t in dependent systems, e.g., up/downstream APIs, clients, data stores

o   Proficient in design patterns and software architecture patterns

o   Experienced in production operations of developed software Proficient in micro-services, service-oriented architecture, monolith and anti-micro patterns

o   Experienced in applying appropriate software design patterns to the situation

o   Proficient in different platforms, container imaging tools, container run times, cloud applications, micro-services, etc

o   Experienced in software development methodologies
