STATEMENT OF POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

INSTALLATION MANAGER


JOB FUNCTION:Full-Time

We are seeking an installation manager to join our team. This role will oversee the installation success on our projects for our roofing, siding and window customers. This role will ensure all jobs are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, project management skills, and a deep understanding of construction and home exterior remodels.


QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Must be presentable in person, with great people skills; must be confident, approachable, and friendly.
  • Exceptional and professional customer service skills.
  • Strong understanding of roofing materials, techniques, and safety regulations
  • Ability to adapt to sudden process changes.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines - ability to manage 3-5 customers at one time.
  • Schedule flexibility - available to work nights and weekends as necessary, and/or during the storm season and/or during periods of high volume.
  • Basic computer and data-entering skills, able to learn new software programs.
  • Valid driver's license.


ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Project Oversight:Manage multiple installation projects from start to finish - scheduling, ordering materials, day of installation, and providing our customers with answers and solutions along the way of their contract.
  • Team Leadership:Oversee & schedule installation crews, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and safety compliance.
  • Quality Assurance:Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with company standards and building codes.
  • Customer Communication:Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing questions and concerns throughout the installation process.
  • Scheduling:Coordinate labor and materials for each project, optimizing resources for maximum efficiency.
  • Problem Solving:Address and resolve any issues that arise during the installation process, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines.
  • Safety Management: Implement and enforce safety protocols to protect workers and clients, promoting a culture of safety on all job sites.
