Job Duties:
  • Execute San Diego-area events and sponsorships end-to-end: booth setup/ breakdown, assist staff, day-of logistics, and post-event recaps
  • Serve as the local liaison for event organizers, vendors, and community partners, maintaining relationships between activations
  • Track event performance data (attendance, leads, cost-per-review) and report results into the Monday events board
  • Maintain and transport branded event inventory (tablecloths, signage, seasonal materials) per brand standards
  • Scout and flag new local sponsorship/ community opportunities for review
  • Provide real-time updates and photos/ documentation from the field so leadership has visibility without being on-site
  • Support internal communications and outreach specific to San Diego locations
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years in marketing, events, or community outreach (healthcare or non-profit a plus)
  • Based in or near San Diego, reliable transportation, comfortable with weekend/ evening event hours
  • Valid California Driver's license and valid vehicle insurance required
  • Strong communicator, self-directed, comfortable being the sole on-site representative
  • Basic proficiency with project management tools (Monday board a plus)
  • Physically able to set up/ break down event materials
Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to travel using personal vehicle to complete outreach visits. Mileage reimbursement for the use of your vehicle is at a standard rate.
  • Prolonged periods of standing
  • Lifting: Able to lift up to 15lbs.

$32-$34 USD
