Security D Officer
Pay: $17.00-$19.50/hour | Multiple Shifts | Weekends & Holidays Required
Seeking reliable Security Officers to maintain safety, provide customer service, patrol property, control access, and report suspicious activity.
Security Positions Available:
  • Rover - Foot Patrol: Patrol property to ensure security and prevent incidents
  • Rover - Golf Cart : Patrol property to ensure security and prevent incidents; golf cart operation required and must clear MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) screening
  • Gatehouse: Control access, verify visitors, and maintain security logs
  • Pool: Monitor pool area, enforce safety rules, and assist guests
  • Clubhouse: Monitor facilities, assist guests, and maintain a safe environment
  • Front Desk: Greet residents and guests, manage check-ins, answer inquiries, and coordinate communication while maintaining security procedures

Requirements:
  • 21+ years old
  • High school diploma/GED
  • Valid Florida Security D License
  • Valid Florida Driver's License
  • Pass background check, drug test, and MVR screening if required
