JOB OVERVIEW

We're seeking a dynamic Security Manager to lead our integrated IT and OT security initiatives. This fully remote position, based in Fort Lauderdale, FL, offers work-life balance while overseeing critical infrastructure protection. Join us to make a significant impact in cybersecurity while working from anywhere.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage and oversee both IT and OT security environments, ensuring comprehensive protection across industrial control systems and critical infrastructure
  • Lead risk assessment initiatives and develop security frameworks aligned with industry standards like NIST and ISA/IEC 62443
  • Oversee incident response planning and execution for both IT and OT environments
  • Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure security measures don't impact operational efficiency
  • Manage 24/7 security monitoring operations and incident response teams

REQUIREMENTS:
