Job description

Job Duties
Provides accurate information and assistance to customers, which includes responding to inquiries, problem-resolution and selling of company services. Performs administrative support functions necessary for efficient station operations. This is a non-driving position. Performs other duties as assigned.

Additional Job Description

Monday - SDR variable shift with Day off during the week TBD. Primary PM shift but must cover open shifts at both HWO and FXEA based on operational needs. Will be domiciled at HWOA.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Ability to operate computer terminal. Ability to lift 50 lbs. Ability to maneuver

packages of any weight above 50 lbs. with appropriate equipment and/or assistance from another person. Good human relations and communications skills.
