Role Summary

The Salesforce Technical Manager is responsible for leading the design, development, implementation, and support of Salesforce solutions. This role combines hands‑on technical expertise with team leadership to deliver scalable, secure, and high‑quality Salesforce applications that meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the technical design and architecture of Salesforce solutions.
  • Manage a team of Salesforce developers, administrators, and technical consultants.
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Oversee development, testing, deployment, and support of Salesforce applications.
  • Ensure best practices in Apex, Lightning Web Components, integrations, and data architecture.
  • Review code, enforce coding standards, and support release management.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and cross‑functional teams.
  • Design and manage integrations between Salesforce and third‑party systems using APIs and middleware.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure platform stability.
  • Drive governance, documentation, and compliance with security standards.
  • Mentor team members and support their technical growth and certification goals.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in Salesforce development, administration, or implementation.
  • 3+ years of experience leading technical teams or projects.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning Experience.
  • Hands‑on experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
