Job description

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Project Manager with Scrum expertise to lead and oversee Salesforce implementation and enhancement projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce project management, Agile methodologies, and Scrum practices, ensuring timely and successful project delivery while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Required Skills - 5+ years of experience in project management, with at least 3+ years in Salesforce-related projects.
Strong expertise in Agile & Scrum methodologies (Scrum Master certification preferred).
Hands-on experience managing Salesforce implementation, migration, and integration projects.
Familiarity with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Experience Cloud.
Strong understanding of JIRA, Confluence, or other Agile project management tools.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to work with technical and non-technical teams, translating business requirements into actionable tasks.
Experience managing budgets, timelines, and risk assessments.
Job Duties - Project Management & Leadership:
Lead end-to-end Salesforce projects (implementations, customizations, integrations).
Develop and manage project roadmaps, timelines, and budgets.
Work closely with stakeholders, business teams, and technical teams to define project scope and requirements.
Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring alignment with business goals.
Ensure quality control and compliance with Salesforce best practices and governance.
Scrum & Agile Implementation:
Serve as Scrum Master, facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
Coach the team on Agile/Scrum best practices and remove impediments to team progress.
Collaborate with Product Owners and Business Analysts to prioritize and refine the product backlog.
Track and report on team velocity, sprint progress, and project KPIs.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the Scrum team.
