Job Title: Salesforce Developer and Admin

Location: Oklahoma City, OK (Will Rogers Building) — Hybrid: 2 days onsite, 3 days remote

Job Type: Contract

Duration: 12 months, with option to extend

Job Overview  

Our client is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Administrator and APEX Developer for a contract engagement within their IT department. In this role, you will focus on the daily management, troubleshooting, and bug-fixing of a Workforce solution built on Salesforce. The ideal candidate will ensure system stability, resolve technical issues, and support critical workforce operations.

Key Responsibilities  
  • Design, configure, update, and maintain Salesforce forms
  • Configure, update, and maintain field-level security and validations on forms
  • Develop and maintain APEX code to support business requirements
  • Manage user profiles and service accounts
  • Write and optimize SOQL queries, including cross-table queries and performance tuning
  • Communicate effectively with business stakeholders for requirements discovery and status reporting
  • Work independently to complete deliverables in a timely manner
Required Skills  
  • Salesforce platform expertise — navigation, forms management, field-level security
  • APEX Development
  • Strong SOQL skills including query optimization and cross-table queries
  • User profile and service account management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Skills
