Key responsibilities

  • Complete operational and maintenance tasks as part of an onsite team, including responding to plant alarms when on-call.

  • Perform daily rounds, readings, calibrate gas analyzers, manage cryogenic tank inventories, and complete preventative maintenance work orders.


Job description

Start up and operate two ultra-high purity nitrogen plants (air separation units).
Adjust plant operations using process control systems to meet production demands.
Complete operational and maintenance tasks as part of an onsite team.
Respond to plant alarms on nights and weekends when on-call.
Perform daily rounds, readings, and calibrate onsite gas analyzers.
Manage cryogenic tank inventories and customer supply.
Complete preventative maintenance work orders per the published schedule.
Maintain compressors, piping systems, cooling water systems, and facilities.
Troubleshoot cryogenic gas systems and interpret P&IDs.
Adhere to all HSE standards and maintain high safety protocols.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED.
1+ years of related operations experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google software and operator interface consoles (HMIs).
Familiarity with OSHA, EPA, and other regulatory requirements.
Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and participate in an on-call rotation.
Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and climb ladders/stairs.
