Weekend Baylor Registered Nurse (RN)

Haven Home Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Weekend Baylor Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing team in Bradenton, FL. This full-time position offers a flexible schedule while ensuring consistent weekend patient coverage and high-quality care delivery.

Schedule: Typically Friday through Monday

Patient visits: Friday, Saturday, Sunday

Charting/Admin: Monday

Schedule flexibility is available, however, full availability on Saturdays and Sundays is required.

Position Overview: As a Weekend Baylor RN, you will provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, ensuring continuity of care, patient independence, and optimal health outcomes. You will work closely with an interdisciplinary team while managing your own schedule and patient caseload.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform skilled nursing visits in accordance with physician orders and plan of care
  • Complete accurate and timely documentation using OASIS
  • Assess patient needs, develop care plans, and coordinate services
  • Educate patients and families on disease management and care plans
  • Collaborate with clinical team members to ensure quality patient outcomes

Qualifications:

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Minimum of 1 year of home health experience with OASIS preferred
  • Willing to train the right candidate with strong clinical skills
  • Must be available to train on weekdays if no home health experience
