Registered Nurse (RN)

This position is delegated the responsibility for carrying out the assigned duties and responsibilities in accordance with current existing federal and state regulations and established company policies and procedures.

Specific Duties:

  • Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for making rounds to observe and evaluate physical, emotional and social needs of residents
  • Registered Nurse (RN) prepares and administers medications charts as required
  • Registered Nurse (RN) administers treatments
  • Registered Nurse (RN) consults with physicians
  • Registered Nurse (RN) communicates with director of nursing and staff

Job Requirements:

  • Long term care experience preferred, but not required
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in nursing in a long term care environment
  • Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing and currently licensed in Arkansas
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and strong organizational skills
  • Demonstrates good judgment, problem solving and decision making skills
  • Excellent communication, leadership and mentoring skills
