RN / LPN Responsibilities

As a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will play an essential role in providing high-quality, compassionate care to our residents while working alongside a supportive interdisciplinary team.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide skilled nursing care in accordance with resident care plans

  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered

  • Monitor residents and respond to changes in condition

  • Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation

  • Communicate with physicians, residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members

  • Supervise and support CNAs as appropriate

  • Assist with developing and implementing individualized care plans

Qualifications
  • Current Tennessee Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
