ALOIS Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Psychiatric for a travel nursing job in Carroll, Iowa.

  • Start Requirement: Arrive 15 minutes early for report
  • 50-Mile Radius Rule: Applies
  • Charting System: MEDITECH
  • License Required to Submit: Yes (facility willing to wait)
  • BSN Required: No
  • Trauma Level: IV
  • Care Setting: Acute Care

  • Unit Overview
  • Licensed for 10 inpatient adult psychiatric beds
  • Adult patients only (18+ years old)
  • Cameras located in public areas only, not in patient rooms
  • Psychiatric provider rounds daily (MD or ARNP) from 8 AM - 4 PM
  • Provider on-call after hours
  • Director and unit supervisor available during weekdays
  • Overnight house supervisor available; director can respond overnight if needed
     
  • Scheduling & Rotation
  • Cyclic schedule typically repeats every 6 weeks
  • Schedule may change based on staffing needs
  • Mid-shift (9 AM - 9 PM) may be staffed by an LPN or RN
