RN Weekend Supervisor

(Saturday & Sunday, 16 hours)

**Opportunity to pick up weekday shifts if desired.

We are seeking a dedicated Weekend Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our team of healthcare professionals. Under the direction of the Director of Nursing, this role supervises nursing personnel and oversees day‑to‑day nursing activities during assigned shifts. All responsibilities must align with accepted professional standards and federal, state, and local regulations to ensure the highest quality of care.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise clinical care planning and delivery to ensure coordinated, quality resident care, including review and updates of care plans.

  • Assess residents upon admission and periodically as their condition changes.

  • Conduct regular rounds to evaluate resident status and identify needs.

  • Provide or assist with direct resident care when necessary, including activities of daily living, meal support, medication and treatment administration, and participation in leisure activities as appropriate.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (preferred)

  • Current RN license in the state of employment

  • Peripheral IV certification

  • CPR/BLS certification

  • Strong understanding of nursing practices, medical procedures, and regulatory requirements related to nursing care centers

  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English; additional languages helpful
