Job Summary: As a Registered Nurse, you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in line with nursing standards and company policies. You'll provide high-quality care and supervise others as needed. Your work will be tailored to meet the needs of patients based on their age and condition.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Patient Assessment:
    Evaluate patients' physical, mental, social, and cultural needs. Review medical history and test results.
  2. Care Planning:
    Create and adjust individualized care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and the care team.
  3. Care Delivery:
    Provide hands-on care, follow doctor's orders, and guide or supervise other staff members.
  4. Evaluate Outcomes:
    Monitor patient progress and make changes to care plans as needed.
  5. Documentation:
    Record assessments, plans, treatments, and patient responses accurately and on time.
  6. Education and Support:
    Help educate patients, families, and staff. Mentor new nurses or students when needed.
  7. Quality Improvement:

  8. Team Collaboration:

Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, move frequently, and respond quickly to patient needs.

Qualifications:
  • Required:
    • Current RN license in the state of practice or Multi-State RN license
    • BLS, ACLS, PALS certification
      • TNCC within 6 months of hire
    • 2-3 Experience in the relevant clinical area
    • For H1B candidates: Bachelor's degree required
  • Preferred:
    • Bachelor's degree in Nursing
    • Professional certifications Additional related experience or education
