We have an immediate need for a nurse who can provide consistent weekend coverage:

Every Saturday & Sunday7:00 AM – 5:00 PM20 hours per week

This is a great opportunity for a nurse who wants consistent weekend hours while keeping Monday through Friday open. You'll have the opportunity to focus on one patient at a time and provide meaningful, personalized care in a comfortable home setting.

  • Provide skilled one-on-one nursing care in the patient's home

  • Complete patient assessments and follow the individualized plan of care

  • Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation

Qualifications
  • Active Arizona RN or LPN License (or Compact License)

  • Valid Arizona Driver's License

  • Current BLS Certification (online-only courses not accepted)

  • Current TB test or chest X-ray within the past 12 months

  • Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card

  • Article 9 Training (assistance available)

  • Strong communication and critical-thinking skills
