Responsibilities
  • Complete initial nursing assessments and routine supervisory visits.

  • Develop and update individualized plans of care.

  • Conduct new employee orientation, skills training, and required education.

  • Supervise and support caregivers and nursing staff while promoting a positive team environment.

  • Educate clients, families, and employees on care needs and best practices.

  • Communicate with case managers and the interdisciplinary team.

  • Ensure documentation is accurate and compliant with Medicaid and company standards.

  • Monitor the quality of services being provided and work closely with employees and families to ensure Axcess continues delivering exceptional care and customer service.

Qualifications
