RN Supervisor

Location: Ditmas Park, Brooklyn, NY

Compensation: $52–$58 per hour

Schedule: Full-Time | Day, Evening, and Night Shifts Available

Ditmas Park Nursing & Rehab is seeking experienced and dependable RN Supervisors to join our nursing leadership team.

The RN Supervisor will oversee the nursing staff during the assigned shift, ensure residents receive high-quality care, and support the smooth operation of the nursing department.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support RNs, LPNs, and CNAs

  • Oversee resident care and ensure compliance with facility policies

  • Respond to clinical concerns and changes in residents’ conditions

  • Coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges

  • Ensure accurate documentation and proper medication administration

  • Communicate with physicians, families, and facility leadership

  • Provide guidance and leadership during emergencies

Requirements:

  • Active New York State RN license

  • Previous nursing-home or long-term-care experience required

  • Prior supervisory experience strongly preferred
