Overview

Nursing Supervisor RN (Clinical Coordinator) -  $6,000 Sign-on Bonus (to be paid throughout the first year of employment).

This Clinical Coordinator RN (Nursing Supervisor), part-time role offers a structured, predictable 4-week rotating schedule designed to support high-quality clinical oversight while promoting work-life balance and consistency for experienced nursing professionals.

The rotation is intentionally designed to ensure strong leadership presence across all shifts, with a balanced mix of evening and overnight coverage to support seamless clinical operations.

Within each 4-week cycle, the schedule includes:

  • Predominantly evening leadership shifts: 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. (8-hour shifts)
  • Strategically placed overnight clinical leadership shifts: 7:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. (12-hour shifts)
  • A consistent, repeating rotation that provides clear visibility and advanced planning for personal and professional scheduling

This structure ensures continuity of care, strong on-shift leadership support, and operational stability across both evening and overnight hours. The predictable rotation allows experienced clinicians to step into a leadership-focused role without sacrificing schedule transparency or personal balance.

Directs the nursing care of the campus (Nursing, Personal Care and Independent living). Responds to resident emergency response system calls for Independent Living and Personal Care. Clinical Coordinators working evening and night shifts provide leadership and supervisory oversight to the entire campus of PRC.

Qualifications

Nursing Supervisor RN (Clinical Coordinator) requirements:

  • Graduated from an accredited school of nursing and possesses a current RN license, in good standing, from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
  • Two years long term care experience.
  • Current RN license.
  • CPR/First Aid Certification.
  • Working knowledge of computers, Microsoft Word and Excel required.
