CRNA Opportunity - Green Bay / De Pere, Wisconsin
Brief Description: Permanent Full-Time CRNA - Total compensation package with sign-on bonus $400,000+ | No Nights or Weekends with Voluntary Call | Excellent Benefits | New Grads Welcome
Compensation
  • Base Salary: $250,000 + aggressive 401k matching + Benefits
  • Sign-on Bonus: Up to $100,000 (vested over 5 years; shorter commitment with prorated bonus negotiable)
  • Total yearly effective compensation: $350,000+

Schedule
  • Full-time Monday-Friday with 8-, 10-, or 12-hour shifts, allowing for non-scheduled week-days off
  • Predictable hours; promptly relieved at shift end
  • Call participation is completely voluntary/optional and currently popular with the team
  • Weekends optional
  • No mandatory overtime

Practice Details
  • Care team model with 1:3-1:4 direction, no supervision overload
  • Cases: General surgery, Orthopedics, Ophthalmology, GI, Plastics, Gynecology, Urology, ENT, Neurosurgery, healthy pediatrics, and OB (call team only)
  • No cardiac cases
