The UPS Store is looking for friendly, dependable, and motivated Retail Returns Specialists to join our multi-location team across Long Island and New York City.
This is an entry-level position designed to be a starting point within our organization. You’ll begin by learning customer service, Amazon and retail returns, package handling, and daily store operations.
As you demonstrate reliability, accuracy, strong customer service, and a willingness to learn, you’ll have opportunities to train in additional areas—including shipping, packing, printing, and mailbox services—and work toward advancement into a Retail Sales Associate position.
- Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service
- Assist customers with Amazon and other retail returns
- Scan QR codes, labels, and packages using store systems
- Follow return instructions and ensure transactions are processed accurately
- Prepare, consolidate, organize, and stage returned merchandise
