• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health needs and concerns, utilizing standardized tools and interviews to inform treatment strategies.
• Design customized treatment plans that reflect each client's unique goals and challenges, incorporating evidence-based practices tailored to their individual circumstances.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, employing therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care.
• Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and case managers, to ensure continuity of care and comprehensive service delivery.

Your therapeutic efforts will primarily target a diverse population encompassing various age groups and backgrounds, all facing distinct mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. This role allows you to deepen your cultural competence while working with clients from various socioeconomic and ethnic backgrounds, empowering them to overcome obstacles and achieve their personal goals.

• A current and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology.
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• Proven experience in mental health counseling and a thorough understanding of therapeutic approaches for a range of mental health disorders.
• Demonstrable ability to develop strong rapport with clients, fostering trust and motivating them throughout their recovery process.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling clear interaction with clients, families, and team members.
