Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health needs and concerns, utilizing standardized tools and interviews to inform treatment strategies.
  • Design customized treatment plans that reflect each client's unique goals and challenges, incorporating evidence-based practices tailored to their individual circumstances.
  • Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, employing therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care.
  • Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and case managers, to ensure continuity of care and comprehensive service delivery.
  • Engage in family therapy sessions when appropriate, enhancing support systems for clients and promoting healthy communication strategies.
  • Maintain meticulous records of therapy sessions and treatment plans in compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards, ensuring client confidentiality.

Qualifications
  • A current and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology.
  • A masterโ€™s or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.
  • Proven experience in mental health counseling and a thorough understanding of therapeutic approaches for a range of mental health disorders.
  • Demonstrable ability to develop strong rapport with clients, fostering trust and motivating them throughout their recovery process.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling clear interaction with clients, families, and team members.
Preferred Experience
