Restaurant Floor Manager – High-Volume European Restaurant Concept

About Us

We are a vibrant, high-energy full-service European restaurant and bar known for exceptional cuisine, warm hospitality, and an unforgettable atmosphere. Our concept blends authentic European flavors with modern flair in a stylish setting perfect for lively dinners, cocktails at the bar, and special occasions.

As a rapidly growing brand with ambitious expansion plans, we’re opening new locations and creating exciting career opportunities for talented hospitality professionals. Join a team that values excellence, passion, and growth in one of the most dynamic restaurant groups around!

Position Overview

We’re seeking an experienced, energetic Floor Manager to lead front-of-house operations in our high-volume restaurant. You’ll play a key role in delivering seamless, world-class service while managing a bustling dining room and bar. This is a hands-on leadership position ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, exciting environment and wants to grow with a stellar brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate the front-of-house team (servers, hosts, bussers, and bartenders) to deliver outstanding guest experiences during high-volume service.
  • Oversee all floor operations, ensuring smooth service flow, timely table turnover, and exceptional hospitality.
  • Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and ambiance in the dining room and bar areas.
  • Handle guest interactions professionally — welcome guests, resolve any concerns quickly, and drive memorable experiences.
  • Collaborate closely with the kitchen, bar, and management team to optimize operations and maximize revenue.
  • Manage reservations, staffing levels, and shift execution to handle peak periods efficiently.
  • Train, coach, and develop team members while fostering a positive, high-performance culture.
  • Monitor inventory, uphold health/safety standards, and support cost control initiatives.
  • Contribute to revenue growth through upselling, efficient service, and creating an inviting atmosphere that encourages return visits.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of Floor Manager or similar front-of-house leadership experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant (ideally with bar operations).
  • Strong knowledge of European cuisine/service styles or passion for upscale casual dining is a plus.
  • Proven ability to lead teams in a fast-paced, exciting environment while maintaining composure under pressure.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and guest service skills.
  • Proficiency with POS systems, reservation platforms, and basic scheduling tools.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • A positive, energetic personality with a genuine love for hospitality and team success.

What We Offer

  • Competitive base salary (commensurate with experience) plus attractive bonus plans tied to performance and restaurant goals.
  • Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, and more.
  • Generous employee discounts on food and beverages.
  • Clear paths for advancement within a brand that has incredible growth plans.
  • A fun, dynamic work environment with a passionate team and opportunities to be part of exciting new openings.
  • Ongoing training and professional development.

If you’re a hospitality leader who excels in high-volume settings and wants to join a truly stellar brand with big ambitions, we’d love to hear from you!
