This is a full-time, remote position that focuses on providing essential therapeutic support and services to students in a school setting. The hours for this role are structured from 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday through Friday, with no evening or weekend hours required, supporting a healthy work-life balance. • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the mental health needs of students and develop tailored treatment plans that address their specific challenges.
• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities, provide individual and group therapy services aimed at promoting mental wellness and resilience.
• Facilitate crisis intervention sessions and provide immediate support to students in need of urgent care.
• Work collaboratively as a member of a multidisciplinary team, communicating effectively with educators, parents, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions within electronic health record systems, ensuring compliance with mental health policies and confidentiality standards.
• Stay informed about current trends and regulations in the behavioral healthcare landscape, ensuring that our services align with local, state, and federal requirements.
• Conduct screenings for substance abuse and refer students to necessary resources when appropriate, fostering a proactive approach to mental health.
• Promote available Mental Health programs and outreach within the school community, enhancing awareness and accessibility of services offered.

This position primarily focuses on the student population, addressing a variety of mental health disorders that may affect students in a school environment. Your role will be to create a safe space for students to express their feelings, navigate their emotional challenges, and develop coping strategies. The aim is to support their academic, social, and personal development.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid LCSW license in the state of Colorado.
• Demonstrated expertise in clinical skills, with a strong emphasis on assessment and crisis intervention techniques.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, essential for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems for efficient patient management.
• Ability to work inclusively with a culturally diverse student population and collaborate within a team-oriented environment.

• Prior experience working within a school setting or with pediatric populations is highly desired.
• Experience in providing teletherapy services is a plus, given the remote nature of our operations.
