We are a collaborative network of professionals working together to deliver exceptional mental health care. Our vision includes a community where everyone can access the resources and support they need to thrive.

Work Environment

The role is fully remote, offering you the flexibility to work from anywhere while serving clients in Grand Junction, Colorado, and beyond. This setup enables a better work-life balance, and our team is dedicated to nurturing a supportive and engaging virtual work culture. You'll have access to advanced telehealth platforms that allow seamless interaction with clients and colleagues alike, strengthening communication and care delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to gain an understanding of each client's unique situation, developing tailored treatment plans based on evidence-based best practices and solution-focused interventions.
  • Implement therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), adapting these modalities to fit the remote environment and the individualized needs of your clients.
  • Maintain up-to-date clinical records through secure electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards to protect client confidentiality.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, participating in virtual meetings and consultations with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to provide holistic care.
  • Participate in case consultations and peer reviews via video conferencing, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the team.
  • Provide education to clients and their families regarding mental health issues, treatment options, and available community resources, utilizing digital tools to enhance accessibility.
  • Stay abreast of current trends and research in the mental health field by attending virtual conferences and webinars, integrating new knowledge into your practice to improve patient outcomes.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your clients will vary widely, encompassing individuals from different backgrounds experiencing a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. This diversity allows you to employ a variety of therapeutic techniques and enrich your clinical experience. Your role is pivotal in guiding clients towards healing and equipping them with tools for managing their mental health effectively.

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
  • A valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Colorado.
  • A minimum of two years of clinical experience, focused on delivering high-quality psychotherapy services.
  • Proficiency in a variety of solution-focused psychotherapy techniques, with a strong adaptability to remote service delivery.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build rapport with clients remotely and provide compassionate care.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills, allowing you to navigate challenges inherent in remote patient interactions.
  • Capability to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative, virtual team environment.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience utilizing telehealth platforms for therapy and client management.
  • Background in managing diverse case loads and familiarity with different mental health diagnoses.
  • Advanced training or certifications in specialized therapeutic modalities.
Compensation and Benefits
  • We offer a competitive annual salary range of $80,000 to $104,000, commensurate with experience and education.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance plans to ensure your health and well-being.
  • Life and disability insurance coverage to give you peace of mind.
  • Full malpractice insurance support to mitigate concerns in your practice.
  • Access to an employee assistance program for additional mental health support and resources.
  • Unlimited patient referrals, providing a steady flow of clients and minimizing your need for outreach.
