• Conduct weekly therapeutic sessions with individual adult clients utilizing live video platforms to deliver evidence-based care.
• Collaborate with a diverse team of psychiatric providers to develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.
• Utilize assessment tools, including symptom self-assessments and functional improvement metrics, to monitor progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly.
• Participate in regular team meetings for case consultations and ongoing training, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Your primary focus will be on adult clients who seek support for a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will be responsible for creating a therapeutic alliance that encourages openness and fosters a safe environment for clients to explore their feelings and develop coping strategies. The aim is to empower clients to achieve self-awareness and engage in healing practices that lead to personal growth and healthier relationships.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.
• Must possess one of the following active licenses, allowing for independent practice: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).
• No provisional licenses or disciplinary actions are permissible.
• Strong capability to make informed clinical evaluations, decisions, and recommendations for effective treatment planning and execution.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy and a supportive demeanor towards clients.
• Proficiency with digital tools and platforms for telehealth counseling.

• Two or more years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, particularly in telehealth services.
• Experience working with diverse populations and a strong understanding of cultural competence in mental health.
• Familiarity with integrated care models and an ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, depending on your caseload and professional experience. Alongside a robust salary, we provide:
