Position Overview

Mind & Soul Therapy is seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and knowledgeable Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in a full-time remote position. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop tailored service plans that outline specific goals, interventions, and mechanisms for ongoing progress monitoring, engaging clients throughout the process.

  • Collaboratively create personalized strategies with clients that connect them to community resources, enhancing their ability to access services and support systems.
  • Offer immediate crisis intervention, conduct risk assessments, and formulate safety plans as needed to ensure clients’ well-being.
  • Work in partnership with community organizations and agencies to coordinate services, advocate for clients effectively, and amplify their voices.
  • Participate in community outreach initiatives, raising awareness of agency services and fostering community engagement.
  • Engage actively in case conferences, team meetings, and continuous professional development through staff training sessions.
