Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health, establishing a clear understanding of their needs and formulating individualized treatment plans.
  • Implement evidence-based therapy techniques via secure virtual platforms, ensuring a safe and effective therapeutic experience.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to set therapeutic goals, providing ongoing support and motivation as they work towards overcoming personal challenges.
  • Adapt various therapeutic modalities to suit each client's preferences and treatment objectives, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based approaches, and other accepted frameworks.
  • Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions, documenting client progress and interventions systematically to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • A current and valid license in Mental Health Counseling as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
  • A Master's degree or doctoral degree in fields such as Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients in a virtual setting.
  • Exhibit empathy, compassion, and a strong understanding of mental health dynamics to effectively assist clients in navigating their challenges.
  • Proficient organizational and time-management abilities to efficiently manage multiple clients and sessions while keeping thorough documentation.
Preferred Experience
  • Previous experience conducting teletherapy, familiar with the nuances and techniques that effectively address the unique challenges presented in a remote therapeutic environment.
  • Experience with specific therapeutic approaches that align with our treatment philosophy, including CBT, dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or trauma-informed care.
  • Background in working with varied populations including adolescents, families, and individuals with diverse socio-economic backgrounds.
