In your role as an LCPC at Twins Behavioral Solutions, you will:

• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions that encourage client participation, sharing of experiences, and peer support.
• Provide individualized therapy tailored to each client’s unique experiences, guiding them to explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.
• Collaborate with clients to design and implement personalized treatment plans that reflect their goals and preferences.
• Monitor client progress, utilizing assessment tools and feedback mechanisms to adapt treatment plans when necessary.
• Work in conjunction with a multidisciplinary team of professionals to coordinate care and consult on complex cases, ensuring a holistic approach to mental health care.

Your primary focus will be on young adults aged 18 to 30 who are navigating various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and mood disorders. You will be at the forefront of our outpatient treatment center, providing evidence-based and holistic treatment programs in a supportive environment that fosters healing and growth.

To be considered for this role, you will need:

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
• A current and valid Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) license.

While not mandatory, the following experience is preferred:

• Prior experience working with young adult populations in a mental health setting.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities that address mood and anxiety disorders.
