• Conduct thorough assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs, ensuring a clear understanding of their circumstances.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on comprehensive evaluations, incorporating evidence-based practices that cater to individual client goals.
• Facilitate engaging virtual therapy sessions using a variety of therapeutic modalities; this may include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or mindfulness techniques.
• Foster collaborative relationships with clients, setting therapeutic objectives and maintaining open lines of communication throughout the treatment trajectory.
• Monitor and document client progress accurately in our secure electronic health record system, ensuring compliance with all privacy laws and organizational standards.

Our therapists work with a broad spectrum of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults, facing various mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. • Proficiency in documenting therapy sessions in a timely manner, with experience using electronic health record systems.
