• Perform in-depth assessments and evaluations to determine clients’ mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans based on these assessments.
• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based therapy services, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and other modalities suited to individual client goals.
• Engage with clients to establish therapeutic objectives, providing substantial support and guidance throughout their treatment journey.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of therapy sessions, tracking client progress and modifying treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.
• Utilize various telehealth tools and resources to enhance the therapeutic process and improve client engagement.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish a therapeutic alliance with clients in a virtual setting.
• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and understanding of various mental health issues and client experiences.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, enabling effective handling of multiple clients and comprehensive documentation remotely.

• Prior experience in remote counseling or teletherapy, utilizing digital platforms for client engagement.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic approaches and willingness to engage in ongoing professional development.
• Experience working with diverse populations and understanding of cultural competencies in mental health.
