As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Big Leap Family Guidance Centers, you will work remotely, providing flexibility that accommodates both your needs and those of our clients. Our Detox Center is a specialized facility that focuses on helping clients navigate the complexities of substance use and mental health disorders. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team that includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals committed to delivering coordinated and compassionate care.

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to gather crucial information about clients’ mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based methodologies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.
• Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized treatment plans that are tailored to each client's unique needs and personal goals.
• Engage in ongoing collaboration with a treatment team to ensure a holistic approach to each client’s care.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups, fostering a communal learning and healing environment.
• Offer crisis intervention, risk assessments, and safety planning when necessary, ensuring clients feel supported during challenging moments.
• Maintain compliance with ethical and legal documentation standards to ensure accurate and timely record-keeping.

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

While a minimum of two years of experience is mandatory, preference will be given to candidates with direct experience in detox or addiction recovery settings. Knowledge of integrated care practices and familiarity with crisis intervention strategies will also be considered advantageous.
