• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health issues, strengths, and resources.
• Administer individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing a variety of evidence-based treatment modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, or trauma-informed care.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, setting clear goals and intervention strategies tailored to each client’s unique needs.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure coordinated and holistic client care.
• Engage in crisis intervention, risk assessment, and safety planning to manage acute situations with empathy and expertise.
• Maintain accurate, detailed, and timely documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring adherence to privacy regulations.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups that foster community and mutual support among clients.

Your role will encompass working with a diverse clientele seeking support for various mental health challenges. The individuals you serve may include children, adolescents, adults, and their families facing difficult life transitions, emotional struggles, or mental health issues. With your expertise, you will empower them to navigate their challenges, fostering resilience and wellbeing.

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Active and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.
• Minimum of two years of professional experience in a mental health or outpatient setting.
• Solid understanding and practical knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills, enabling effective client relationships.

While not required, experience with specific populations, such as children with behavioral issues, individuals recovering from trauma, or clients from diverse cultural backgrounds, will be greatly valued. Additionally, familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote counseling best practices will enhance your ability to adapt to our virtual service delivery model.
