This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clientsโ€™ history, presenting concerns, and recovery goals.
  • Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions using various evidence-based interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and mindfulness strategies.
  • Develop, personalize, and implement comprehensive treatment plans that align with clients' unique needs and circumstances.
  • Engage in frequent collaboration with clients to monitor their progress, make necessary adjustments to treatment plans, and celebrate milestones achieved.
  • Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and ethical practice while working with sensitive client information.
  • Stay updated with current best practices in psychotherapy and addiction treatment, participating in ongoing professional development opportunities.
  • Foster a supportive therapeutic alliance that encourages trust, communication, and positive change.
  • Assist clients in identifying coping mechanisms and strategies for addressing challenges they face in their recovery journey.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The social worker in this role will work primarily with individuals undergoing detoxification from substances ranging from alcohol to opioids. The client demographic is diverse, often bringing complex emotional and psychological needs. You will play a pivotal part in helping clients not only navigate the physical aspects of addiction recovery but also confront underlying mental health challenges thoroughly and sensitively.

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
  • Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
  • Strong foundation in clinical skills including assessment, treatment planning, and implementation of therapeutic interventions.
