Clear Sky Family & Marriage Counseling PC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities

You will report directly to the Social Work Manager and undertake a range of responsibilities, which include:

  • Conducting thorough bio-psychosocial evaluations to assess barriers to treatment and health outcomes.
  • Developing and implementing individualized clinical intervention plans, utilizing both individual and group therapy modalities.
  • Documenting social work activity and patient interactions in compliance with departmental standards, ensuring information is current and accessible.
  • Providing recommendations and education to patients and their families about social work interventions and medical guidance.
  • Collaborating with medical and support staff to enhance patient care coordination and treatment compliance.
  • Participating in departmental training programs to maintain and enhance your professional expertise.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The primary patient population consists of individuals and families facing a wide range of mental health challenges. You will work with diverse age groups, utilizing your skills to navigate developmental stages, cultural contexts, and psychosocial dynamics. The support provided aims to help clients achieve their highest level of psychosocial functioning and improve their overall well-being.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this role will possess:

  • A Masterโ€™s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) from the Maryland State Board of Social Work Licensure.
  • Strong understanding of clinical practices and ethical standards based on the NASW Code of Ethics.
Preferred Experience

While a minimum of six months to one year of clinical experience in a mental health or health setting is required, preference will be given to candidates who demonstrate specific skills in addressing patientsโ€™ needs across varying developmental stages. Experience with age-related issues and situational adjustments based on individual client circumstances will be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually. Additional benefits include:
