As a fully remote position, this role provides flexibility while maintaining a robust collaboration with a compassionate team of professionals. Our clinic utilizes modern telehealth technologies to cater to clients' needs effectively, ensuring that you can support clients from the comfort of your own space. You will work Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, with the possibility of occasional evenings or weekends to accommodate client availability.

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments of clients to identify their mental health needs accurately.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual client goals, utilizing methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Provide individual, couples, and group counseling, focusing on therapeutic techniques that best fit the diverse backgrounds and experiences of clients.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment teams, which may include psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers, to ensure comprehensive and holistic client care.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, adhering to legal and ethical guidelines, while participating actively in case conferences and clinical supervision.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and training to remain current with best practices in mental health counseling.
