As a Remote Mental Health Counselor, your day-to-day activities will include:

• Providing one-on-one counseling sessions with clients via video chat, aimed at improving their mental health and emotional well-being.
• Encouraging clients to explore their feelings and experiences, fostering self-awareness and enrichening their interpersonal relationships.
• Acting as an advocate for clients, helping them establish and work towards attainable mental health goals.

Your client base will comprise stable adults who have been carefully screened prior to accessing your services. The ideal candidate for this role will possess:

• A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage & Family Therapy.
• A valid state license in good standing, permitting independent practice. Acceptable licenses include:
  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
  • Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)
  • Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with and support clients effectively.
• Proficiency in digital communication tools and therapy platforms.
