• Utilize proven psychotherapeutic techniques and interventions to effectively treat diagnosed emotional and behavioral disorders among individuals and families.
• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to formulate initial treatment plans and discharge strategies tailored to each client's needs.
• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, adjusting the approach as necessary based on ongoing assessments and client feedback.
• Document therapy services accurately, maintaining compliance with both facility and professional standards to ensure quality care delivery.
• Manage a caseload as assigned, attending treatment team meetings and collaborating with colleagues to ensure comprehensive services for each patient.
• Actively address any patient complaints, working constructively to resolve issues while prioritizing patient safety and satisfaction.
• Participate in continual learning and development to enhance therapeutic practices and contribute to team initiatives.

• A master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related Human Services field is required.
• Current licensure in the state of California as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW.

• Experience providing counseling services to a wide range of patient demographics, including children, adolescents, and adults.
• Previous work in outpatient settings and familiarity with digital therapy platforms is a significant advantage.
