Life Sync Internal Health Therapy Center in Sacramento, California, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Full-Time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our remote team. • Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health conditions, strengths, and resources, establishing a strong foundational understanding of their needs.
• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities, tailoring sessions to meet the diverse needs of our clients.
• Utilize therapeutic methods such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy to facilitate personal growth and emotional healing.
• Develop and implement thorough treatment plans with specific goals and interventions, ensuring alignment with best practices and client preferences.
• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and multidisciplinary team members to create integrated, client-centered treatment strategies.
• Conduct crisis interventions, risk assessments, and implement effective safety planning as needed for clients in distress.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with ethical and legal guidelines, ensuring accountability and transparency in all therapeutic interactions.
• Lead group therapy sessions, psychoeducational classes, and support groups to enhance the therapeutic experience and foster community healing.

You will be serving a diverse range of clients from various backgrounds, each with unique stories and challenges. Your therapeutic work will address issues such as relationship struggles, trauma, anxiety, and depression, fostering resilience and improving mental health outcomes for individuals, families, and couples.

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current and active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills, essential for establishing rapport with clients and providing effective treatment.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a mental health or outpatient setting is preferred, providing insights into treatment strategies and best practices.
• Strong familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities and their effective application in diverse clinical presentations.

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 per year, complemented by performance-based bonuses.
