• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to address various mental health concerns.
• Document therapy sessions and client progress in an electronic health record system, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders, such as schools and community organizations, to coordinate care and support clients.
• Offer resources and interventions that empower clients to achieve their mental health goals.

Our focus centers primarily on diverse adolescents and adults within a community health framework. The clients we serve often present with a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. • A master’s degree in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, psychology, or a related field from a regionally accredited institution.
• An active and valid state-issued license as a clinical social worker (LCSW), professional counselor (LPC), or marriage and family therapist (LMFT).
• Two or more years of direct experience providing clinical therapy services to adults and young adults.
• Proficient in conducting intake assessments and developing treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.
• Strong written communication skills for effective documentation and record-keeping.

• Experience in community mental health settings, particularly those focusing on school-based or outpatient therapies.
• Training in evidence-based therapies beyond CBT, such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) or Trauma-Informed Care.
• Proficiency in using telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems for session management and documentation.
