You will work in an outpatient office setting, where your primary focus will be on facilitating comprehensive mental health support in a collaborative, multidisciplinary approach. • Facilitate Group Therapy Sessions: Lead scheduled group therapy meetings, creating a safe and engaging environment where clients can share experiences, vent frustrations, and support one another through structured discussions.
• Provide Individualized Counseling: Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions that focus on understanding personalized experiences, developing coping strategies, and creating actionable plans tailored to individual client needs.
• Develop Treatment Plans: Partner with clients to collaboratively establish clear, achievable, and tailored treatment goals that align with their specific mental health challenges.
• Monitor Client Progress: Regularly assess and document client progress and outcomes using established evaluation tools and feedback techniques that inform ongoing treatment adjustments.
• Collaborate with the Multidisciplinary Team: Work in collaboration with other mental health professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and therapists, to coordinate care and address complex cases effectively.

Your work will primarily focus on young adults experiencing various mental health issues, including anxiety disorders, mood disorders, and other common mental health challenges. • Educational Background: A master's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or marriage and family therapy is required.
• Licensure: Current Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) licensure in the state of Connecticut is mandatory.
• Clinical Experience: Proven history of working in mental health treatment, particularly with clients who have mood or mental health disorders in outpatient or residential settings.

• Knowledge of trauma-informed care practices and culturally competent therapy approaches.
• Familiarity with digital tools for teletherapy and electronic health record management.

• Annual salary ranging from $85,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
