To thrive as a Weekend Remote Google Ads Specialist, you need expertise in digital marketing, keyword research, campaign optimization, and typically a certification like Google Ads Certification. Familiarity with Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and reporting tools is essential for effective campaign management. Strong analytical thinking, time management, and clear communication are valuable soft skills for this role. Weekend Remote Google Ads roles focus specifically on managing Google Ads campaigns, requiring Google Ads certifications and expertise. Weekend Remote PPC Specialist positions often involve managing multiple pay-per-click platforms, including Google Ads, requiring broader PPC knowledge. Both roles are remote and flexible, but Google Ads specialists concentrate solely on Google Ads, while PPC specialists handle a wider range of platforms.

How does working as a Weekend Remote Google Ads specialist differ from a traditional in-office or weekday role?

As a Weekend Remote Google Ads specialist, you typically manage campaigns and client communications outside standard business hours, which can require a high degree of autonomy and strong time management skills. Since most of your work is remote and may involve asynchronous collaboration, clear written communication and proactive reporting are essential. You'll often be responsible for monitoring account performance, making optimization adjustments, and responding to urgent issues that arise over the weekend. This arrangement can offer flexibility, but also requires readiness to address unexpected challenges independently.

Weekend Remote Google Ads jobs involve managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns for clients or employers, specifically during weekends and from a remote location. These roles typically include tasks such as setting up ad campaigns, monitoring performance metrics, making adjustments to improve ROI, and reporting results. The remote aspect allows professionals to work from anywhere, while the weekend schedule is designed to provide coverage outside of traditional business hours or to fit the needs of employers with continuous advertising needs.

Description

Join Fab Glass and Mirror as Our Paid Search Ads Manager!

Glass and mirrors shape how we see the world-quite literally and in ways you might not notice. At Fab Glass and Mirror, we don't just sell glass; we redefine industries and customer expectations. With 7 consecutive years on the Inc 500 and 4 years on the Financial Times' fastest-growing companies list, we're scaling to even greater heights-and that's where YOU come in.

Why You'll Love Working Here:
We're not just another eCommerce business; think of us as the Amazon of the glass industry. At Fab Glass and Mirror, innovation drives everything we do. You'll join a team that embraces bold ideas and an entrepreneurial spirit. If you're ready to run with new opportunities and push boundaries, this is the place for you.

What You'll Do:

  • Campaign Management and Scaling: Strategically manage, optimize, and scale paid search campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Microsoft Ads. You'll take accounts with six-figure monthly ad spends and grow them into significant revenue drivers, reaching high eight- to nine-figure levels.
  • Data-Driven Strategy Development: Analyze performance metrics to craft strategies that boost ROI, improve account efficiency, and drive remarkable business growth. Conversion goal setting, attribution modeling, and adapting to PPC industry changes will be second nature to you.
  • Collaboration Across Teams: Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals and smooth handoffs from external agencies. Your ability to communicate complex strategies in clear and actionable ways will be essential.
  • Cross-Functional Contribution: Your knowledge of data feeds, and advanced analytics will be invaluable. If you've dabbled in other digital marketing platforms like Paid Social or Amazon ads, even better!

What You Bring to Fab Glass and Mirror:

  • Proven Track Record: At least 4-6 years of paid search management experience, with a history of scaling accounts, exceeding growth targets, and maximizing ROI.
  • Strategic and Analytical Mindset: You excel at digging into data and identifying growth opportunities in competitive markets. High emotional intelligence and adaptability to dynamic business needs set you apart.
  • Resourcefulness and Autonomy: A GSD (Get Stuff Done) attitude and creative problem-solving skills make you thrive in fast-paced, results-driven environments.
  • Tech-Savvy Expertise: Proficiency in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Google Analytics, and Excel is required. Familiarity with advanced reporting, presentation tools, and data/shopping feed optimization is a plus.
  • Cultural Awareness and Communication: Whether it's working across time zones or collaborating with diverse teams, you're a skilled communicator who connects effortlessly.

Position Flexibility:
This position can be part-time or full-time, depending on the candidate's career journey, work management capabilities, and proficiency in their craft.

For candidates seeking part-time work (4-5 hours/day), we ask for exclusive focus during work hours. Furthermore, to maintain performance standards, no more than two active clients/jobs, including this role, are permitted.

Let's explore the best fit for you.

Compensation and Benefits:
At Fab Glass and Mirror, we value growth and reward success. In addition to a competitive base salary range of $70,000 to $80,000, we offer:

  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • 401(k) match
  • PTO that increases with your tenure with us

Career Stability:
Stability and long-term growth are cornerstones of our values. We're looking for someone who envisions a lasting journey with us-playing a pivotal role in Fab Glass and Mirror's success over the years to come.

Location:
