Work Environment

As a remote position, the Licensed Professional Counselor role offers flexibility while maintaining a structured workweek from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. Working from the comfort of your own home, you will leverage technology to connect with clients, participate in team meetings, and collaborate with other professionals. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough evaluations of mental health and behavioral concerns, crafting individualized treatment plans that adhere to best practices and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, utilizing electronic health records systems to oversee updates on treatment progress and case notes.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by actively listening to clients, addressing their concerns, and working collaboratively towards their mental health goals.
  • Facilitate creative and engaging therapeutic interventions that motivate clients to achieve their wellness objectives, utilizing diverse methodologies tailored to individual needs.
  • Coordinate care effectively by liaising with case managers, medical personnel, families, educators, and other stakeholders to orchestrate holistic treatment plans.
  • Participate actively in clinical staff meetings, training sessions, and ongoing professional development opportunities to ensure adherence to quality standards and practice improvement.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • A masterโ€™s degree in a behavioral science or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Active licensure as a Clinical Licensed Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Tennessee.
