• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine the mental health needs of clients and develop tailored treatment plans based on individual goals.
• Provide therapeutic services to adults, utilizing evidence-based practices to address mental health concerns and promote behavioral change.
• Engage in brief outpatient therapy sessions, utilizing a multi-session care model to ensure efficient and effective treatment.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and treatment records, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
• Regularly monitor and evaluate client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to support their journey towards mental wellness.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary care team, including consulting with medical providers, to provide comprehensive support to clients.
• Demonstrate empathy and a deep understanding of the challenges faced by clients, fostering a trusting therapeutic relationship.

The Mental Health Therapist will primarily work with adults dealing with various mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related issues, and substance use disorders. Our clients often present with co-occurring conditions, requiring a multifaceted approach that addresses their psychological, physical, and emotional well-being.

• A Bachelor’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is required; a Master’s degree or higher is preferred.
• Candidates must hold an active license (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT, PsyD) by the appropriate State Board.
• At least 2 years of clinical experience providing mental health counseling, ideally in an outpatient setting.
• Proficiency in utilizing telehealth platforms for remote therapy sessions, coupled with a reliable internet connection.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively while ensuring high-quality care.
• Demonstrated commitment to ethical practice, cultural competence, and promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion within the mental health field.

• Experience working in a virtual therapy environment or startup organization.
• Familiarity with integrated care models that bridge different aspects of health services.
