• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to accurately diagnose emotional and behavioral disorders.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans based on thorough assessments and client-specific goals.
• Facilitate engaging counseling sessions, providing individual, couple, and group therapy, ensuring varied therapeutic techniques are utilized.
• Educate clients on effective coping mechanisms, self-care practices, and mindfulness strategies tailored to their unique circumstances.
• Monitor and evaluate client progress through regular follow-ups and adjust treatment plans as necessary to enhance outcomes.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients.
• Maintain meticulous, HIPAA-compliant records of all client interactions, progress, and treatment plans.

You will primarily work with a diverse client base facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, grief, relationship issues, and trauma-related disorders. Our clients may be individuals, couples, or groups, seeking help through dynamic and meaningful therapeutic relationships.

• A Master’s degree in counseling or a related field is required, as is state licensure as a Professional Counselor.
• A minimum of two years of experience providing therapeutic counseling, preferably through telehealth modalities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and trust with clients.
• An empathetic, non-judgmental approach to counseling, demonstrating cultural competence with diverse populations.
• Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively with a clinical team in a remote setting.
• Flexibility in scheduling to accommodate clients' needs and preferences, with the willingness to engage in evening or weekend sessions as necessary.

• Experience with specialized therapeutic techniques, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or trauma-focused therapy.
• Familiarity with telehealth software and electronic health record (EHR) systems to streamline client documentation and communication.
• History of working successfully with clients from various socio-economic backgrounds.
