Qualifications
  • A valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Clinical Social Worker (MSW-Clinical) is required.
  • A masterโ€™s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an emphasis on building rapport with clients from various backgrounds.
  • A commitment to cultural competence and sensitivity, enabling effective work with diverse populations.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for maintaining comprehensive and accurate client documentation.
Preferred Experience
  • At least two years of experience in a mental health counseling role.
  • Familiarity with community mental health services and an understanding of community resources and support systems.
  • Experience working in a teletherapy environment.
Compensation and Benefits
  • A competitive salary range of $70,000โ€“80,000 per year, commensurate with experience and credentials.
  • Comprehensive health insurance options, including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
  • Liability insurance provided to safeguard your professional practice.
  • Generous paid time off, including holidays, to encourage work-life balance.
  • Opportunities for professional development through workshops, training, and continuing education support.
