Billing Coordinator

Make a meaningful impact and support a growing team!

Join Our Team!

We're looking for a detail-loving, organized Billing Coordinator to help keep our billing and operations running smoothly. If you enjoy working with data, staying organized, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks, this could be a great fit.

What You'll Do
  • Support billing and claims processes across multiple insurance payers
  • Review documentation and authorizations to ensure accurate claim submission
  • Assist with payment tracking, reporting, and account reconciliation
  • Maintain provider rosters, credentialing records, and CAQH profiles
  • Update provider and client information across internal systems
  • Support HIPAA audits, client record requests, and other operational projects
  • Utilize CentralReach and other systems to support billing and payroll functions
What We're Looking For
  • At least 1 year of medical billing experience
  • Strong Excel and/or Google Sheets skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Professional communication skills and a commitment to confidentiality
