• Provide high-quality counseling services to clients through individual, family, and group sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices to ensure client success.
• Focus on creating individualized treatment programs that address various mental health challenges, including trauma and dual diagnoses.
• Utilize our cloud-based EHR system to document patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress efficiently while adhering to confidentiality protocols.
• Engage in ongoing client assessment, encouraging open dialogue to help identify underlying issues and empowering clients towards their goals.
• Maintain compliance with all state regulations and organizational policies as you build rapport and foster trust with your clients.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Terros Therapy Center, you will work with a diverse population, including individuals facing various mental health challenges and trauma. • A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona.
• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in mental health counseling, demonstrating competence and dedication to the field.
• Must possess a reliable laptop or desktop, high-speed internet, and access to a web camera for virtual sessions.
• Ability to effectively work independently and manage your own schedule.
• Successful completion of a background check.
